Hotel is convenient to Lafayette area. Rooms are large, have a modern feel and are complete with medium sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There were a few minor issues with the room that management addressed promptly. The dark shades the room was equipped with allowed zero light in, and is great for those that work odd hours. The rooms aren't insulated the best, so hallway and upper floor noise is prevalent at times. Breakfast food is actually pretty good --ranging from ham and cheese croissants to yogurt to breakfast bowls. There are alot of food and shopping options close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Pillows were great, which is a huge plus. Beds are comfortable. Hotel was quiet and clean. Free breakfast offered. Great location to multiple high rated restaurants and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Aloe in bath products. Hilton corporate directive. I’m allergic. Manager offered to go out and get products I could use. 10 stars for that. Comfortable bed, nice towels, plenty of space in the studio suites, good staff, area felt safe. Plenty of parking. Clean on the surface but needs some deep cleaning/maintenance especially for the bathroom and A/C unit. Filters in the A/C were clean but debris and mold visible through the vents. Musty smell in room. Did not like the sliding door to bathroom-it hangs away from the wall. Breakfast typical for this chain. Limited choices. Open 6-9. Artificial creamer instead of half n half. Did have real dishes and silverware. Wish people would stop giving places a 5 rating because the staff is nice.

This hotel needs some attention. Breakfast is bottom of the barrel. If packaged muffins, microwaved eggs and coffee mate are your thing you’ll do fine. Some minor changes would improve this directly. I did appreciate that they use actual dishes though. Rooms are shabby and beds not very comfortable. Stains on furniture. Bottom line is I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone (I checked in to a place in new orleans tonight that made me realize how bad this hotel was 😳) I do not understand the 4.5 star rating at all.

The facility was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but I just wanted a better quality toilet paper. I’m serious… In that what was provided tore easily, leaving debris on my butt. I know that’s a bit crass, but it’s the honest truth.

My first stay here and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, nice location - just off a main road, almost hidden. Breakfast selections were the usual cereal, waffles, etc.
